By creating an account or using SpearCal (“the App”), a product of Blue Mine, LLC, you agree to these terms.

The service

The App lets you photograph meals and receive AI-generated estimates of calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients, log workouts and exercises, track body weight, manage repeating protocols, and track progress toward goals you set.

Not medical advice

The App’s estimates are informational only and not medical, nutritional, or weight-loss advice. AI-generated food identification and portion estimates may be inaccurate — always review and adjust them before relying on them, and consult a qualified professional for dietary or medical decisions.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during sign-up.

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices may change with advance notice as required by the applicable app store’s policies.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies, not directly by us.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the App to upload content you don’t have rights to, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Mine, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
