Photo meal scans
Snap a plate. AI identifies foods and portions, then we match nutrition against USDA data. You review and edit before it hits your diary.
SpearCal estimates calories and macros from a meal photo, logs your gym work, and keeps repeating protocols on a calendar. Review every estimate before you save.
Built for logging food, training, and routines in one place — not for diagnosing or treating anything.

See the day at a glance: calories, protein, carbs, fat, and micronutrient summaries against the goals you set.

Define repeating routines, log them when they are due, and get due-day reminders so they do not slip.
Log weigh-ins and watch trends over time so the diary and gym work stay connected to the same goals.

Open the Premium / paywall screen and tap Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. Switching phones or accounts is the usual cause.
Cancel in your store account, not inside SpearCal. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
From the Diary, or the + quick action Scan Meal, photograph the plate, review the estimate, then save. You can also start Add meal without a photo and build it by searching foods or scanning extra items.
Open the Workouts tab and tap Start Workout, or use the + quick action. You can also start from a saved template on that tab, then log sets and add exercises in the live session.
Open the Protocols tab, tap Add Protocol, and finish setup (name and schedule). Due items show for today — log them when done. Use the Protocols / manage list to edit ones that are not due today.
SpearCal is not listed on the stores yet. Store buttons will land here when the builds ship. Until then, the Privacy Policy, Terms, FAQ, and Support pages are live for review.
